Position Purpose

The Program Assistant will provide support to the administrative office. This position will assist in maintaining efficient and smooth day to day operations through a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as provide support to HR and the Resource and Referral Division. This position will also assist the finance department in administrative tasks.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Provide assistance and support with various administrative and clerical tasks for the administrative office.
  • Liaison between centers and accounting.
  • Assist in benefit administration.
  • Answer new hire and staff inquiries by phone and/or email.
  • Understand and assist with HR systems in the compilation of reports and organization of documentation all according to state and federal requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding/benefit administration.
  • Assist with audit requirements and organization of documents.
  • Assist the finance department in administrative tasks.
