Health & Wellness Coverage
For full-time employees, we offer medical, vision, dental, and life insurance options that fit your and your family’s needs. In addition, we offer prescription drug coverage, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), telemedicine services, and other wellness programs including KIS Imaging, SHARx, and discounted surgcal procedures via WellBridge Surgical in Indianapolis.
Medical: PPO or HDHP plans with options to cover employee only or employee + child. HDHP is paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA) which is eligible for both employee and employer contributions.
Teladoc Health: Non-emergency virtual care for employee and family.
Prescription Drug Coverage: TrueRx pharmacy benefit manager and SHARx procurement solutions for high-cost prescriptions.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free, confidential short-term mental and physical health services and referrals to local professionals.
Dental: Full coverage preventative care, and substantial coverage for additional dental services.
Vision: In-network coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Coverage begins the first day of the first month following the completion of 60 days of employment.
Life Insurance and More
Right Steps provides $25,000 in life insurance for each full time employee at no cost to you. You can purchase additional coverage for yourself and your family at competitive rates.
We also offer insurance plans for accidental injury, extended hospital stay, and critical illness.
Retirement
Right Steps offers generous retirement plans and partially matches your pre-tax contributions to help you save for your future.
For employees at least 21 years of age, 401K eligibility begins after 12 months of service and 1,000 hours worked.
Paid Time Off
Right Steps provides full-time employees with paid time off (PTO) each year. This allows you to relax, take vacations, attend to personal affairs, recover from illness or injury, and spend time with family – whatever your personal needs may be. You will accrue paid time off beginning on your first day of employment.
In addition to paid time off, Right Steps offers seven paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Employees are paid for mandated jury duty and bereavement following the death of a family member.
Community Loan Program
Right Steps partners with Homestead Resources to offer short-term, small-dollar loans of up to $1,000, helping employees access funding without utilizing payday loans or other high-interest sources.
Employees at least 18 years of age and who have been employed for at least 90 days are eligible to apply.
Education Assistance
Right Steps is proud to partner with Indiana AEYC to give employees access to T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Indiana, a unique scholarship program that links education, compensation, and commitment to improve the quality of early care and educational experiences for young children and their families.
