Imagination Library

The Tippecanoe County Imagination Library is Right Steps’ newest program adopted in January 2016. This community program mails age-appropriate books directly to registered children's homes each month until their 5th birthday.  It is open to all children in Tippecanoe County to help build a home library for all very young children regardless of their family’s income. This is a great way to foster a family-centered, life-long love of reading that prepares all of our community’s children for future success.

The Tippecanoe County Imagination Library is simplified with help from the Dolly Parton Foundation, who provides the service for $25 per year per child. However, the purchase of books is locally donor supported. Your donation will be matched by another local supporter in 2017 to provide more openings for children to enjoy this wonderful program. Donate today and help children discover the joy of reading!  Please write “Imagination Library” in the “Special instructions to the seller” memo line for your donation.

HOW TO REGISTER: To enroll children from birth to five years-old please visit www.imaginationlibrary.com, click on register my child at the top of the page.

Note:  Once an opening is available, you will be notified that your child will begin to receive books in the mail.
